R37: Williams F1 working titanium damper unit Formula 1 motorsport engineering racing gift ideal desk paperweight or display item

Race used 2011 Williams F1 part.

A highly unusual and interesting example of the exceptionally high level of engineering that goes into a modern F1 car.

Made from titanium, aluminium and exotic steel alloys this working damper unit was part of the F1's cars highly complex suspension system.

Measures approx 9.5" / 24cm in length.

It has also been engraved (by the Williams F1 team) with it's own unique part numbers & batch code, this allowed the team & engineers to keep track of what parts were fitted to the cars at any given time.

Would also give the new owner a great talking point if display on their desk or in their home.
