About Champion Prints
After hunting high and low for a birthday card for my Formula One obsessed boyfriend, I realised there was a really poor selection of F1 cards on the market.
That’s when I decided to create my own collection of Formula One birthday cards which has now expanded to include anniversary and Valentine’s Day cards too. Whether you’re looking for a personalised birthday card for the F1 fan in your life or for a cheeky card for your Valentine, we know you will find the perfect card from Champion Prints!
Shop Policies
Shipping policy
Processing time
All orders can take 1-2 business days to process.
UK delivery time
We post all cards using Royal Mail second class. The delivery time depends on the destination and usually it is 2-4 business days.
European deliveries
European orders will take between 3-5 business days to be shipped.
International deliveries
Orders outside of Europe will take between 7-15 business days to be shipped.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The seller is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refund/Exchange policy
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on unused goods if you contact us within 14 business days of delivery and dispatch products back within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping and insurance costs are also the responsibility of the customer. It is advised that all returned goods are insured and sent with tracking information. Until we receive your returned products, their condition is the customers responsibility.
Bespoke products, goods produced or to order (e.g. personalised cards) or any custom made product won't qualify to be returned.
We'll send you an email to confirm that your return has been received and that your refund has been processed. This can take up to 7 business days.
Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.
Cancellation policy
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the customer is granted a cancellation period of 7 days from the date of submission of the order. The following will, therefore, apply to any cancellation received by Champion Prints.
In the event that the customer cancels the order within the above mentioned 7 day period, on return of the product if already dispatched, the customer will be granted a full refund of the product price.
