Shop Policies

Shipping policy

We work very hard to get your order out as soon as possible. We typically ship orders within 1-3 business days of the date of purchase except for North America's (Canada & USA)  holidays (shipped next business day), or during periods of increased sales volume when the processing times can take longer.
We ship all our orders by standard mail with tracking:
Canada: 3 - 5 business days

These are standard delivery times but can be prolonged for reasons beyond GP's control, such as postal strikes or periods of increased mail traffic ([Removed], Black Friday, Christmas, and other holidays). Shipping rates can be reviewed at checkout before payment.

Import duties are not included in shipping costs.

Refund/Exchange policy

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging/tags. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) : 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Cancellation policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the customer is granted a cancellation period of 7 days from the date of submission of the order. The following will, therefore, apply to any cancellation received by GarageP[Removed]

In the event that the customer cancels the order within the above mentioned 7 day period, on return of the product if already dispatched, the customer will be granted a full refund of the product price.

Accepted payments methods
