Shop Policies

Shipping policy

T-shirt and blueprint production times are approximately 1 - 2 weeks. This production time is sometimes shorter, however some production delays have been experienced due to Covid 19.

We have limited stock of the miniature wheels and they are available for immediate shipping.   

We keep tracking numbers for all products shipped. All items shipped outside of Australia are sent by airmail. Approximate shipping times are 1 week within Australia and 2 weeks internationally.

All international purchasers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes, fees, etc. associated with their purchase. We declare full value for all purchases. Please be patient and allow reasonable time for your domestic postal services and customs. 

Please be aware that our product and shipping charges includes VAT where applicable.

Refund/Exchange policy

In the very unlikely event you receive a defective product, we will gladly resolve this issue with either replacement or refund. Please take photographs of the defective items and contact us so we can work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Cancellation policy

We take care to protect the item ready for shipping. If there is obvious damage to the box or satchel, please take detailed photos before opening. If the contents are also damaged, please contact us and we will be in contact to ensure your complete satisfaction.
