Even though it was the sister car who took the chequered flag in the actual race, the #20 was given legendary status as it was the car raced by Steve McQueen in the 1971 film ‘Le Mans’. Although the film is a little disjointed, it nevertheless showcases some fantastic historical footage of the car, as many of the racing scenes were shot live during the real 1970 Le Mans race.
