Cancellation and returns policy Under the Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel your order with us for any reason within 14 working days of receipt. Please notify us via email or our website ‘contact us’ page to advise us that you wish to return your order and to receive authorisation and instructions for the return. Items should where possible be returned in the original packaging, together with a copy of your order or receipt. We recommend you obtain proof of postage in case of query - we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned items. The item must be packaged securely and returned to us in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item that is returned in a less than resaleable condition. Providing the goods are returned in a fully resaleable condition, a full refund for the cost of the book(s) will be made. This does not include delivery costs. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, or if an incorrect item was supplied, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping costs). Please contact us via email or our website ‘contact us’ page to advise us of the problem and to receive authorisation and instructions for the return. In the case of damaged items, photographic evidence will be required before claim procedure can begin.
