Shop Policies

Shipping policy

Shipments outside of the RU may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. The client is responsible for these fees. These duties are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer in each country.

Refund/Exchange policy

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. We will refund (item price only, we won't be able to refund shipping) or exchange your item. In case of refund or exchange you will be responsible for return shipping costs and making sure that the item makes it back in the original condition. If the product is damaged, we ask for a photo of the damaged goods, and we'll then gladly send a replacement.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of returnBuyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
