Moto Moments is ran by an independent photographer living near the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, TX.  You will find one-of-a-kind photography captured at the track, printed by hand in the studio, and ready for display.

Shop Policies

Shipping policy

Photo prints will be made on demand in the studio.  For each print, please ask for exact costs and delivery times using the "Ask a Question" button provided form the GPBox platform.
Printed photos will be packed in a stiff flat mailer to protect the product.
For printed artwork, since we don't have any stock of the different artworks, please allow up to 5 working days for orders to be processed
An estimated shipping time in economy rate to UK/Europe: 7 - 9 days - An estimated shipping time in economy rate in the USA: 5 - 6 days.

Refund/Exchange policy

If your print is damaged in transit, or you are unhappy with the quality of the final product, please contact me as soon as possible (included pictures of damaged shipping if applicable).  I am able to correct and reprint quickly in my studio, and I want you to be 100% satisfied.

Return shipping and insurance costs are also the responsibility of the customer. It is advised that all returned goods are insured and sent with tracking information. Until we receive your returned products, their condition is the customers responsibility.

We'll send you an email to confirm that your return has been received and that your refund has been processed. This can take up to 7 business days.

Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.

Cancellation policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the customer is granted a cancellation period of 7 days from the date of submission of the order. The following will, therefore, apply to any cancellation received by Moto Moments.

In the event that the customer cancels the order within the above mentioned 7 day period, on return of the product if already dispatched, the customer will be granted a full refund of the product price.
