Love the product, but didn't get any notification that the product was coming in the post plus don't like that fact the name of the product is on the delivery sticker.

If you are an International Customer (outside the UK), please leave a note on your order with your contact telephone number and email.

This is now a requirement for international shipping and you will receive delivery updates on your parcels journey!

All our items are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked or DPD Tracked

We would recommend that you return your items via a tracked service. Please clearly state the reason for the return.

Please return all goods within 21 days for a refund this will exclude any shipping costs.

Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

The items need to be in the original packaging where it forms part of the goods, for example, boxed goods, garments and gift items. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the customer is granted a cancellation period of 1 hour from the time of submission of the order. The following will, therefore, apply to any cancellation received by Legacy Legends.
