Shop Policies

Shipping policy

If purchasing from outside the UK, your order may be subject to
import duties, taxes and additional charges for customs clearance which are
levied once a shipment reaches your country. These are payable by you as we
have no control over the charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs
policies vary widely and we suggest that you contact your local customs office
for further information.

If such
charges are not paid, your parcel may either be destroyed by the courier or
incur further costs to return the parcel to us. In this case, unfortunately, we
would be unable to offer a refund on your order.

You are considered to be the importer and must comply with all
laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Costs associated with the refusal to accept the parcel will be
passed on to the recipient.

Please
note
: Some delivery providers are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box
address.

We use a range of courier and mail services to provide our
Premium, Express and Economy options. Delivery times and tracking vary
according to the option you have chosen. Items despatched using the Economy
service are not tracked and delivery, therefore, cannot be guaranteed. Please
contact us should you wish to upgrade to a Premium or Express service which
will be tracked and recorded.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items lost or
damaged in transit. However, do contact us as we may be able to assist or offer
a solution.

Delivery charges are calculated by the package weight to allow
us to offer the most efficient and cost-effective service. Delivery charges are
subject to change.

Please allow up to 3 working days from the order date for your
parcel to be despatched. Orders received after 10 am (UK time) will be
processed the next working day. Please allow longer lead times over UK Bank
Holidays.

Please note some locations may be in a “remote area” and require
more time for delivery.

Refund/Exchange policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel your order with us within 14 days of receipt. Please notify us via email or phone to advise us that you wish to return your order and to receive authorisation and instructions for the return.

Items should be returned in the original packaging, together with a copy of your order or receipt. We recommend you obtain proof of postage in case of query - we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned items.

The item must be packaged securely and returned to us in its original condition within 28 days of the date of the original order.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item that is returned in a less than saleable condition.

Providing the goods are returned in a fully saleable condition, a full refund for the cost of the book(s) will be made. This does not include delivery costs.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, or if an incorrect item was supplied, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping costs). Please contact us to advise us of the problem and to receive authorisation and instructions for the return. In the case of damaged items, photographic evidence of the item and original packaging will be required before claim procedure can begin.
