Shipping policy

Original artwork will be shipped in 3-5 working days. Prints are not produced in house, and therefore may take up to 7 days to ship. Please contact me at [Removed] if you have any questions or would like to chase up the status of your order.

Refund/Exchange policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible at [Removed]. I am happy to refund your order, providing that the item you have ordered has not yet shipped. If the item has already shipped, please see the returns policy below.

Cancellation policy

We happily accept returns, except for commissioned items (due to the personalised nature of such items). Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please contact me at [Removed] within 28 days if you wish to make a return. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
