GPBox, the number one marketplace for motorsport sellers, marked its third birthday this week with the launch of an all-new website.
First created in 2018 by former Renault F1 engineer Pol Sancho, GPBox has seen rapid growth, with over 47,000 products currently listed by 400 sellers in more than 20 countries. By attracting the motorsport community to a single platform, GPBox has quickly become the world’s leading marketplace for some of the most desirable art and memorabilia available as well as official motorsport merchandise and accessories.
The website also launched the company’s new brand and visual identity, taking GPBox into its next phase as its growth continues, and providing sellers with a simple and attractive online shop. With a focus on usability for both sellers and buyers, the new website also supports GPBox’s print-on-demand feature which allows sellers to create their own range of merchandise with just “six clicks”, with fulfilment and delivery taken care of by GPBox.
Pol Sancho, Co-Founder of GPBox said: “We are thrilled to reveal our new brand identity as part of the launch of our new website. Since we first launched GPBox three years ago, we have been racing to keep up with the demand of the market and we have been constantly refining the experience for our users. We have been working on the new site for over a year now, in order to build a platform from the ground-up that incorporates all that we have learned so far. We are very community-focussed and work hard to incorporate the feedback of our sellers and our customers, and we are proud of the result.”
Andrew Myles, Creative Director of GPBox said: “At GPBox we're continuously looking to improve everything we do. In line with our new website we wanted to create a brand that represents us today and is fit for purpose for the future. The new bold look and feel creates a strong brand for our website and all other communications moving forward. We started from the ground up, thinking about every single touch point for the website, to make sure every journey was defined and thought about. The end result has taken months of development to get to this stage and we're really happy with where we are, but we won't stop here. We're forever innovating and pushing ourselves to make GPBox the best marketplace for motorsport fans and car enthusiasts in the world.”
