Shipping policy

Processing time

All orders can take up to 1-3 business days to process.

Local delivery time

The delivery time depends on the destination and usually it is 1-3 business days .

European deliveries

European orders will take between 3-6 business days to be shipped.

International deliveries

Orders outside of Europe will take between 4 -10 business days to be shipped.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The seller is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund/Exchange policy

We don’t accept returns.

Cancellation policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the customer is granted a cancellation period of 7 days from the date of submission of the order. The following will, therefore, apply to any cancellation received by Gp collections.

In the event that the customer cancels the order within the above mentioned 7 day period, on return of the product if already dispatched, the customer will be granted a full refund of the product price.
